When you go skiing, you find yourself in a very mainstream activity. You are part of a huge crowd of people using lifts and tracks. Nevertheless you will try to avoid queues and crowds by optimizing your timing. Be one of the early birds to start your day or go to lunch a bit later than all the other tourists.
I think there are numerous occasions, when it is good to know what the crowd is doing. But it is even better to know what the few black sheeps or early birds are doing.
For pragmatic people, knowing means trying.
This is what the little site is for me: a place to try tiny things and know a bit better what is happening.
